Terms governing use of LanderPilot, site deployment, integrations, and Google authorization

Last updated: June 6, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LanderPilot, including the website, dashboard, API keys, MCP tools, templates, deployment workflows, billing features, and integrations with third-party services.
By accessing or using LanderPilot, you agree to these Terms. If you use LanderPilot on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
LanderPilot helps users create and launch websites through a local or desktop AI agent. The service provides account management, API keys, site templates, temporary artifact upload, deployment orchestration, third-party integrations, and operational state for sites created or managed through LanderPilot.
LanderPilot is designed so your site, domain, Cloudflare account, Google account, source files, and analytics properties remain under your control. LanderPilot is not a domain registrar, permanent source-code repository, analytics provider, payment processor, or hosting provider for your deployed production site unless expressly stated in a separate agreement.
You are responsible for:
LanderPilot lets you create API keys so AI clients or local agents can call LanderPilot MCP tools. You must treat API keys as secrets. Do not publish them, commit them to source control, embed them in client-side code, or share them with unauthorized parties.
MCP tools may perform actions on your behalf, including creating site records, issuing template downloads, staging artifacts, provisioning resources, deploying to Cloudflare, configuring SEO integrations, and checking deployment status. You are responsible for reviewing the actions your agent asks LanderPilot to perform.
We may rate limit, suspend, revoke, or restrict API keys when necessary to protect the service, connected providers, other users, or third parties.
LanderPilot can connect to third-party services that you authorize, including Cloudflare and Google. These services are governed by their own terms and policies. LanderPilot is not responsible for third-party service availability, pricing, quotas, security incidents, account restrictions, policy changes, or data processing outside LanderPilot's control.
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize LanderPilot to use the permissions you grant to perform actions you request. You can disconnect integrations from LanderPilot settings, and you may also revoke access directly in the third-party provider's account settings.
You are responsible for any third-party fees, usage charges, domains, DNS records, analytics properties, hosting resources, databases, storage buckets, or other resources created or used through your connected accounts.
If you connect Cloudflare, you authorize LanderPilot to use your Cloudflare API token to perform deployment and infrastructure operations requested by you or your agent. These may include listing accounts or zones, creating or updating Cloudflare Pages projects or Workers, binding custom domains, creating or managing D1 databases and R2 buckets, writing DNS records, and checking deployment status.
LanderPilot stores Cloudflare API tokens encrypted. Disconnecting Cloudflare deletes the stored credential from LanderPilot, but resources already created in your Cloudflare account may remain there unless you remove them from Cloudflare.
Google sign-in and Google SEO integration are separate features.
Google sign-in is used for authentication. It does not authorize LanderPilot to configure Search Console or Google Analytics for your sites.
Google SEO integration is used only after you separately connect Google from the integrations settings page. By connecting Google for SEO, you authorize LanderPilot to use the permissions you grant to:
LanderPilot does not guarantee that Google will verify a site, crawl a sitemap, index a page, improve search ranking, collect analytics events, or keep any Google service available. Google may reject requests, delay processing, change APIs, require additional verification, or limit access.
Disconnecting Google from LanderPilot stops future automated access from LanderPilot and deletes stored OAuth tokens from LanderPilot, but resources already created in Google products, such as Search Console properties or GA4 properties, may remain in your Google account unless you remove them there.
LanderPilot may be used with AI tools or local agents that generate, edit, package, or deploy site content. LanderPilot does not control the output of third-party AI models or local agents. You are responsible for reviewing generated content, code, assets, legal copy, tracking scripts, and deployment configuration before publishing.
You are responsible for ensuring your generated sites comply with applicable laws, third-party rights, platform policies, advertising rules, privacy obligations, and any terms that apply to your business or content.
Unless separately stated, LanderPilot subscription fees do not include third-party AI model usage costs. If your agent calls an AI model through your own provider account, that usage is between you and the model provider.
You retain ownership of the content, code, assets, domains, and website materials you provide or generate.
You grant LanderPilot a limited, non-exclusive license to process, stage, transmit, store temporarily, and deploy your content and artifacts only as needed to provide the service, troubleshoot failures, maintain security, and comply with these Terms.
You must not upload, generate, or deploy content that:
Paid plans, subscriptions, and credit packages are shown at checkout or in the dashboard. You agree to pay all fees, taxes, and charges associated with your selected plan or purchase.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. LanderPilot records payment status and related order identifiers but does not store full payment card or wallet details.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the billing flow available for your payment provider. Credits, if offered, may expire according to the terms shown in the product or at checkout. Except where required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees and credits are non-refundable.
We may change pricing, plan features, credits, limits, or billing providers. Material changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
We aim to provide a reliable service, but LanderPilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, templates, APIs, MCP tools, limits, or plans. Some features may be experimental, admin-only, beta, or limited to certain users.
LanderPilot, including its software, design, templates, documentation, trademarks, and service content, is owned by LanderPilot or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms and your plan limits, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use LanderPilot. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or provide access to LanderPilot except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
Site templates may have additional license terms or usage restrictions. You must follow any terms presented with the template.
We may suspend or terminate access to LanderPilot, API keys, integrations, or specific features if we reasonably believe that:
You may stop using LanderPilot at any time. Termination does not automatically delete resources already created in your Cloudflare, Google, domain registrar, analytics, AI, payment, or other third-party accounts.
LanderPilot does not guarantee:
You use LanderPilot, generated outputs, third-party integrations, and deployed sites at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LanderPilot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or third-party account access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LanderPilot's total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to LanderPilot for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to liability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the date above. Continued use of LanderPilot after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us at support@landerpilot.com or through the contact page.
